The invention relates to containers for liquid and viscous materials, namely to a barrel with a neck made of thermoplastic material.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life.

The barrel contains a cylindrical body 1 with a neck 2 and at least 15 a bearing annular protrusion 3 for grabbing, made integral with the body 1 and connected to it by a belt 4. The protrusion 3 is placed in the area adjacent to the end part 5 housing 1.
Between the annular protrusion 3 and the casing 1, an annular groove 6 is formed, open from the end side of the casing 1. The invention allows to increase the life of the barrel.

1. A barrel with a neck made by blowing from a thermoplastic material, comprising a cylindrical body and at least one supporting annular protrusion for a grab grab, made.
